The new Jones Marsh neighborhoodat the head of the island, off Rte. 3 in Bar Harbor, is now complete.
All 10 units - six single-family homes and two townhomes - were flown into place in July 2022 and 2023. The first six units are occupied and all 10 units have been sold.

IHT has been working with Showcase Homes in Brewer on the design of the modular homes. The Jones Marsh neighborhood includes six single-family houses and two town house buildings on half-acre lots.
